Rebel Popcorn breaks the rules with tasty new twists for traditional treat

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Rebel Popcorn is setting out to revolutionize popcorn by going beyond traditional flavors. The innovative Fort Collins-based artisanal popcorn shop just opened at 2601 S. Lemay Ave.

Tired of choosing between butter and caramel popcorn? Rebel Popcorn’s flavors include blue cheese, tikka masala, birthday cake, green chili, pumpkin pie and chai. In total, popcorn enthusiasts can try 115 flavors at the new store.

The startup’s owners originally started out small, bringing some of their unique new popcorn to a festival and finding an enthusiastic welcome for their creation.

In addition to selling popcorn from its store, Rebel Popcorn is partnering up with retail outlets across Colorado to sell its tasty treats. Locations that carry Rebel Popcorn already include Miramont Lifestyle Fitness, Skimmeez Sweet Shop, Rally King Brewing and The Cupboard. The artisanal popcorn seller is also reaching out to other retail outlets throughout the state that are interested in standing out from the crowd by carrying unique products.
