Carve Barbecue carving its way into Denver restaurant scene

DENVER – Carve Barbecue has big plans for Denver. The restaurant chain will serve barbecue foods in a fast casual environment. Carve Barbecue plans to launch its first location in Denver this month, followed by five more Denver restaurants.

Opening its initial restaurant at 1000 S. Colorado Blvd., Carve Barbecue plans to target professionals between the ages of 24 and 39. Customers will choose between various proteins and sauces on an assembly line, along with a choice of sides.

Carve Barbecue is a new concept for Southern Hospitality, which focuses on operating barbecue restaurants. Its decision to expand in Denver is great news for local residents looking for work. The six Denver restaurants will each need to hire local employees.
