Comcast opening state-of-the-art call center. Needs 600 customer service and leadership employees in Fort Collins
FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Comcast has announced plans to open a major new customer support center in Fort Collins, according to ColoradoBiz.
Comcast will hire 600 new employees who will provide technical product and service support to Comcast residential customers.
In addition, there will be a number of leadership and support positions hired to run the day-to-day operations of the new call center. Check for Comcast jobs here.
The state-of-the-art, 80,000-square-foot facility is scheduled to open within a year after significant upgrades to a large facility on the Hewlett Packard campus on East Harmony Road.
With the addition of the customer support center, Comcast will have more than 8,000 employees across the state, including more than 700 in Northern Colorado.
